Compassion Community Clinic is looking for a grant writer. CC Clinic is a faith based dental clinic that offers free dental care to low income adults in the Northern Nevada area who have no insurance. As such, we rely solely on volunteers and donations from the community. With over 300 people on our waiting list, we are looking to expand our services and are in need of someone who can help research and secure money that is available for organizations such as ours. This position would work from home. Description
CC Clinic is a 501(c)3 which opened it's doors in December 2013 to meet a critical need in our community. CC Clinic is the first and only ongoing, free dental clinic. Thousands of Nevadans have no access to receive the dental care they so desperatly need. CC Clinic offers increased access to quality dental care in a compassionate atmosphere. Basic, emergent dental treatments of fillings, extractions, and cleanings will be available. In addition, trained Prayer Partners will assist patients in registering and offer them prayer and information about Jesus Christ, while affirming their dignity as made in God's image. No fees will be charged, but donations will be gratefully accepted.
