Kickball Referees Needed!

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is hosting their 3rd Annual Silicon Valley Kickball Classic on Thursday, June 7, 2018 and we are looking for referees to help out! This corporate kickball tournament brings together over 300 Silicon Valley industry leaders for a day of kickball, networking, philanthropy, craft beer, entertainment, tube socks and more!
The event runs from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and throughout the day, we will need referees for games taking place simultaneously. Options for volunteering for a set amount of hours is available as well.

The mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. When someone experiences the fear and uncertainty of a blood cancer diagnosis, we provide hope, compassion, education and support. Our impact is felt beyond blood cancer. The breakthrough treatments we helped advance for blood cancers are now improving the lives of people affected by many types of cancer.

In 2018, LLS volunteers made a significant impact while selflessly dedicating their time and talent to achieve our mission. With countless ways to engage, from fundraising to providing patient support, our volunteers are changing the landscape of cancer.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Silicon Valley & Monterey Bay Area Chapter was founded in 1972 and serves Silicon Valley & Monterey Bay Area residents who have been touched by one of the blood cancers: leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
