Title: Mascot Handler

Description:

  • Appropriate handler attire would be 'Docker’ type pants, khakis, or black slacks with a tucked in polo or button-down shirt and comfortable shoes.
  • You are to interact with guests/customers and to encourage them to interact with the character.
  • The character cannot talk. You act as an interpreter for the customers should the customers try to talk to the character. Always address the character by the character name.
  • Should the character encounter customers/guests who are rough with the character and are putting the character in potentially harmful situations, it is your responsibility to get the character to a safe location immediately and to locate security, should you feel it necessary.
  • The handler is a visual guide who helps the character safely maneuver through crowds or areas with a lot of "road blocks."
