We provide comprehensive hospice care to terminally ill patients and their families by ensuring the patients and their families come first and are cared for in all aspects of their life including their medical needs, psychosocial need and spiritual needs. We focus on our paitient and family's quality of life.
Description
Emerald Coast Hospice is a non-profit agency serving Jackson, Calhoun, Washington and Holmes countis. Emerald Coast Hospice provides all emcompassing pallative care for patients facing a terminal diagnosis. We care for the patient and the family. Our team of nurses, social workers, chaplians and volunteers go above and beyond to ensure our patients and their families are taken care of during this difficult period of time.
