If you love dogs & cats, listen to messages left and return calls to help people ~ you're going to love helping us. We get between 10-20 calls/day and it results in saving up to 50 Dogs & Cats/day.
Only pet lovers call, because the care about a dog or cat situation in their area.

The answers and resources are all on our website, and so you direct them to the people and services that can help. They are so grateful.

Manning our phones takes about 1 hr/day.

I will be away next week and so need someone to take over returning the calls.

We advertise our "Toll Free Hotline": 1-888-440-6467 is for emergency life-threatening situations for Dogs & Cats, but 95% of the calls are for strays, adopting & relinquishing questions, abandoned, found, a few 'lost, etc. call-ins.

Only wonderful, caring pet lovers call us. It is never depressing or sad ~ always uplifting as we can help them, and the callers are so grateful. Its easy. Will not take up your entire day. If you are a good listener, empathetic and have 'common sense' ~ people are going to love you. We have the answers and solutions for them.

#1 We are the only "Hotline" helping people with Dog & Cat issues in the USA & Canada. Callers are SO grateful, as they can't find anyone to help them.

#2: The Calls are very very managable. Maybe 10-20/day. We can always have more than one customer service person [you] set up, so if you don't take/answer the call it will go to another Volunteer.

#3. You really are helping save dog & cat lives every day. Our "Hotline" helps save 10-45 Dogs/Cats every day [some calls are for multiple dogs/cats with kittens, etc].

#4: Many of the calls are from rural areas around the country where they can't get the same help and/or any advice that more populated areas do.
