We are super excited that EARTH DAY PHOENIX 2019 is right around the corner!!! And we need YOU to help with this awesome event!

Volunteers will help with set-up, tear-down, monitoring recycling and composting containers, assisting exhibitors, overseeing the Keep Phoenix Beautiful table, managing the Water Refill Station, providing assistance at the Green Living Magazine Simple Solutions Summit and that's just to name a few of the event tasks!!

Earth Day Phoenix is celebrating its 10th year and we are bringing it back to where it all begin at Cesar Chavez Plaza in downtown Phoenix right across the street from Phoenix City Hall.

The event will feature earth-friendly exhibitors, local organizations with sustainable messages, music, entertainment and FUN!!

Event Volunteer throughout the day with Volunteer Shifts available!

Morning set-up volunteers

8:00am to 11:00am

Volunteers needed to assist in set up of event which would include placing signs, popping up tables, chairs, tents, helping exhibitors unload their items, setting up recycling containers, setting up trash containers, setting up compost containers, setting up water refill stations, setting up volunteer check-in area

During the event volunteers

10:30am to 12:30pm and 12:00pm to 2:30pm

Volunteers needed to help at volunteer check-in area, help oversee Keep Phoenix Beautiful table, direct traffic in, monitor recycling, trash, composting bins, oversee water refill station, ensure exhibitors are doing well, getting water etc., filling in at exhibitor stations when needed and execute miscellaneous tasks as needed such as providing direction for event attendees.

Clean-Up volunteers

1:30pm to 4:00pm

Volunteers needed to break down event and put away items including tents, tables, chairs, recycling bins, trash bins as well as site cleanup.
