Help teach youth the basics of fishing by leading a simple activity and/or help them fish along the Red River from 5:30 - 8:00pm. )
Other tasks include:
-Set up fishing poles
-Take down fishing poles
-Photographer
-Event writer
F ishing experience is needed to help families fish along the Red River and to help set up fishing poles.
This event is a part of Moorhead Parks and Recreation's Moorhead RiverArts.
Project partners for this event include River Keepers, F-M Walleyes Unlimited and Moorhead Parks and Recreation.

Description
River Keepers is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization advocating for safe and sustainable use of the Red River of the North. We work with the community to LEARN about the Red River, so they become good stewards and help SUSTAIN the river, and safely ENJOY it. River Keepers grew from a desire to rediscover the Red River’s heritage, and to teach people to again appreciate the Red as a living River.
