Make a real difference in someone's life!
Elara Caring Hospice, one of the nation’s largest providers of home-based care, is looking for compassionate volunteers willing to donate their time to provide exceptional end-of-life care to local hospice patients and their families.
We are looking for compassionate Reiki Practitioners to share their gift with our hospice patients and families. Volunteers will receive comprehensive training on hospice care and integration of energy work. You will have the unique opportunity to improve the quality of life for hospice patients and caregivers. Opportunities are close to home in both home and facility based settings.Hours are very flexible, weekdays, evenings or weekends. Typically we ask that you visit your assigned patient 1-2 hours per week.
