Do you want to share your knowledge of the Nisqually River Watershed with other members of our community? Do you want to help others explore and learn about our local environment?
If so, volunteer with our 2018 Nature Walk series! Nature Walks give community members a chance to learn about the ecology and history of our watershed through guided walks on Land Trust conservation lands. Enjoy time outdoors while showing others the wild places that you love!
This season's Nature Walks will take place on Saturday and Sunday mornings late May through October.
Here are exciting ways to get involved!
Volunteer Sweeps facilitate Nature Walks by checking in attendees and assisting Nature Walk leads throughout the walk, and being ambassadors for the Land Trust.
Volunteer Naturalists lead Nature Walks on Land Trust conservation lands. Share your natural history knowledge of the region with others.
