Volunteers will be responsible for greeting clients visiting the volunteer services donation center. Other responsibilities include organizing shelves and clothing racks to display the donations in an appealing manner. As clothes get low volunteers will sort and replenish items in storage onto clothing racks. Organize and check expiration dates on food donations, to organize toys or miscellaneous donations, and do moderate cleaning of children’s play area.

The Department of Health- Palm Beach was established in 1948. It was created to promote and protect public health. It is the largest public health department in the United States.
Many services are required in order to prevent or control disease and to promote health. We monitor the air you breathe, the water you drink, and provide medical services and vaccines. Volunteers including physicians and nurses, work in several clinical and administrative sites located throughout the county.
Auxiliary groups sponsor each clinic and work on special projects to enhance the lives of our clients. they run our food and clothing pantries, recruit donations and help with special events and health fairs.
Our health centers are in need of health care providers who will volunteer their time to help the under served population of our community.
