Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min Qualifications required: A.A/A.S.; B.A.; B.S
  • Min Experience Required: (in no. of yrs) 3 years
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Internet connection required
  • Excellent command of MS word or similar open source product
  • Experience with medium to complex documents
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum Volunteer hours required: (in hrs per week) 5 hours per week

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the projects and the documentation requirements
  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  • Write clear and concise documentation
  • Create edit and update existing written documentation examples, manuals, white papers, annual reports,
  • presentations, tutorials, and Web content
  • Work with subject matter experts to gather information, identify relevant data and audiences
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

Our IncludeUs campaign aims to increase funding from 3% to 10% for female and minority entrepreneurs in the U.S. by 2025.
