MONTALVO ARTS CENTER - Development Department Seeks 2-3 Volunteers for: Research, Special Events and Administrative Support.

We have a few great volunteer opportunities to support the Development Dept. at our beautiful 176-acre Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga, CA.

Research Volunteer: Assist with foundation and corporate research and grant proposal writing. The ideal candidate brings to this role their excellent writing skills, and concentrated efforts to research effectively and efficiently. Some administrative responsibilities may be included as needed.

Special Events Volunteer: Support two major fundraising events. The ideal candidate brings their strategic thinking, project management and organization skills, processes details thoroughly, efficiently and accurately, while adhering to sensitive deadlines. Some administrative responsibilities may be included.

Administrative Support Volunteer: We are seeking a wonderful team player to assist with mailings and various research. A plus if you also have great writing and marketing skills!

These roles each offer a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week with a minimum of two days per week.
