The Volunteer Connection lead oversees the utilization and access of Volunteer Connection, the official American Red Cross volunteer management system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert support and guidance in the proper and maximized utilization of Volunteer Connection.
- Insure volunteer hours are accurate, current, filed and database.
- Establish an ongoing Volunteer Connection training calendar.
- Conduct Volunteer Connection training.
- MUST HAVE MILITARY BASE ACCESS
- American Red Cross Orientation
- American Red Cross Background Check
- Knowledge of American Red Cross Retention Guidelines for files
- Administrative and/or clerical experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
