Caring Hospice Services a is a home care based program, which means Patient Visit Volunteer provide emotional support and companionship to patients in their home, assisted living or nursing facility in Fairfield County and Western New Haven County areas.
Currently, we are looking for Bereavement Volunteers that can offer companionship, assist support groups, grief counseling, bible lectures in a facility in the Trumbull/Bridgeport area. The Bereavement Volunteer works under the direction of the Volunteer Coordinator and is supervised by the Bereavement Coordinator.
The necessary training will be provided free of charge after medical and background check are completed.
