The Hub Farm is hosting an Open House/Festival on May 12th. With a limited staff, we rely on volunteer efforts to make things happen! We are looking for an event planner and/or publicist with skills and/or interests in the area to help us make sure the event goes smoothly and that plenty of people attend. This is involve mostly virtual work, with the opportunity to meet up with Hub Staff and attend our fantastic open house event!

Description
For more than 25 years, the Conservation Trust for North Carolina (CTNC) has helped save the places you love including streams, forests, farms, scenic vistas, wildlife habitat, parks, and trails. CTNC works with local land trusts, landowners, communities, and government agencies to protect natural areas and open spaces, so that all North Carolinians can enjoy safe drinking water, clean air, fresh local foods, and recreational opportunities, for generations to come. CTNC is the host organization for AmeriCorps, a ten-month national service program in environmental education and outreach. CTNC AmeriCorps members, in partnership with Durham Hub Farm and other organizations, seek to reconnect people with the outdoors and to develop future leaders in conservation.
