PMC Watches is a community-oriented expansion of PMC's traditional "court watchdog" role. The program sends Philadelphia residents into courtrooms to observe and record court proceedings. PMC Watches aims to increase transparency and accountability in the courts system. Additionally, this program will provide Philadelphia residents with firsthand insight into how justice is administered. Volunteers will participate in a short training session before they begin and will be provided with a checklist of things to look for when they are in court.
