Join Riverkeeper and Cornwall Girl Scouts Service Unit 219 for a cleanup of the Kowawese Unique Area at Plum Point Park and Beach on Saturday, May 5, 2018 for the 7th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep, a day of service for the Hudson River and its tributaries.

Volunteers will meet at Plum Point Park (90 Plum Point Lane, New Windsor, NY) parking will be available at the park, and volunteers should meet at waterfront parking lot (there will be markets to mark registration location). We ask all Sweep volunteers to wear sturdy shoes or boots, clothing that they can get dirty, and bring a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and snacks. It is also advised that volunteers apply bug spray if possible. Please bring work gloves if you have them. This site is suitable for elementary-aged children with proper adult supervision.
