Our nonprofit, Jimbere Fund, provides women from some of the poorest households in Congo’s rural communities with training and grants to launch businesses. We seek long term solutions, working with women to ensure they have every opportunity to succeed and transform their communities for good

We have set out to mobilize, position and finance Women Entrepreneurs in rural communities in Eastern Congo. Our approach is based on the premise that investing time and money in women entrepreneurs will create a ripple effect to benefit their families, communities, and Congo as a whole.

We're looking for a volunteer to help us finalize our strategic planning process.

We have identified where we want to be from 2018 to 2025, and we have set clear annual goals. In addition, we have established a clear mission and vision statements, core values as well a model of our intervention. We're looking for a volunteer with experience in strategic planning to help us translate all information, details and ideas we have it into a short, well-crafted strategic plan.
