Curiosis in the Park
We hope you can join us for this event!

WiLP's putting on a fun, community event for all ages and needs caring volunteers to assist with activities.

Volunteers will specifically help with:

  • Set up
  • Break down
  • Managing activities (face painting, live music (wrangling performers), giant jenga...etc.)
  • Art and merchandise sales
  • Directing the crowd to activities
This event is the launch of the What it's Like Project's charity shop called Curiosis. The event is called Curiosis in the Park. The purpose of the event is to launch the shop, whose sales benefit local artists who are living with mental illness. In addition, fun activities like a free yoga session, face paint, and more will be available.

We will also announce the recipient of the What it's Like Project first ever scholarship award, which will go to a local art student who lives with mental illness.

Come join the fun and help us eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness at this event!
