Mentor2.0 matches high school students from Atlas Preparatory School in Colorado Springs with college-educated mentors in the community, providing the students with support and guidance through their high school career to prepare them for their future.

The majority of the mentorship is conducted over a secure online platform (iMentor), as a "pen pal mentorship." This allows for busy professionals to flex their time-investment around their schedules. In addition, there are monthly events for in-person mentoring hosted by Atlas Preparatory School and facilitated by Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Volunteers must be 21 years of age and have the equivalent credit hours of a two-year college degree.

Volunteers must also be willing to commit to the program for four years, as we try to make match relationships from freshman year through graduation - we want each student to have an example of consistency and commitment in their lives.

We still need mentors to be matched with our current freshman class of students. However, our greatest need is for volunteer mentors to enroll for the upcoming school year, for the incoming freshman class.
