Big Brothers Big Sisters - Pikes Peak El Paso County, Colorado
Community Based Mentoring: Volunteers are matched with a child (ages 9 to 12) to be a mentor and a friend. Volunteers commit to a minimum of one year, spending time with that child two to four times a month. Big Brothers Big Sisters staff members support the match relationship, offering suggestions, counsel and assistance.
Volunteers must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and be able to pass an extensive background check.
This is our traditional mentoring program for which Big Brothers Big Sisters (of America) is best and most known for, nationally.
Presently, Big Brothers Big Sisters - Pikes Peak is in need of men to volunteer. We have a high need for male mentors. We currently have several Little Brothers enrolled, waiting to be matched with a Big Brother. Please consider volunteering today!
