We need a qualified team of people of different ethnic backgrounds and age groups to assist my board & I with multiple tasks and duties. First and foremost, we need people to help with marketing/advertising using the social media platform, email marketing, making phone calls. distributing multiple marketing materials, and performing other tasks that will get many artists throughout the world to join. We also need smart, energetic, and versatile people to help plan & organize different events and fundraisers. In addition, we need assistance with teaching classes and facilitating workshops. I'd prefer people who are extremely phenomenal when it comes to Social Media Marketing especially since social media is a huge platform to attract members, supporters, investors and other people who want to support our vision and mission.

Mission Statement
My ultimate mission is to help artists of different genres go from being STRUGGLING/STARVING ARTISTS to being THRIVING ARTISTS by implementing multiple strategies, programs, and techniques. I want to help artists access grant money, learn the importance financial literacy, attend different types of events throughout the country/world,participate in various contests, attended classes, workshops, seminars, boot camps, and SO MUCH MORE!!! All forms of art & creative expression are extremely therapeutic and I also want people to use art as a healing tool to advance in life.

We are a start up so we are just getting started with marketing and promoting the business. Our goal is to help artists advance and thrive on many different levels. We have several programs in place to help them achieve their desired goals. Also, we are in the process on adding two additional programs by June 30,2018 which we be even more helpful to help artists accomplish their goals. As the CEO/Founder, I want to be heavily involved in mentoring, coaching, and teaching to provide the necessary support that they need throughout the process. I also need more qualified & passionate people on my team to help me reach these goals. I am a firm believer in TEAM WORK really does make the DREAM WORK!!!
