Hi,
We are starting a new program to fight hunger by reducing food waste. We need volunteers who can search the internet and get us information we need regarding food waste and ways to reduce them.
The work will give you
* Exposure to local farms, low income schools and the food waste/shortage issues faced by them
* Possibility to come up with solutions to handle the food waste problems.
* Knowledge of local organizations and events that supports food waste reduction
* Awareness of Food Waste problem in general and tips to address it in our homes.
* Develop skills in summarizing and reporting of information in a concise manner.

Skills required
* Interested in food waste reduction/Nature Protection/Community service
* Expertise to use a computer and internet
* Open minded and willing to be committed in completing the tasks
* Prompt Communication

Good to have
* Ability to summarize the information collected from internet into a concise format with website link references is a plus.
* If you are based out of bay area, it is a plus.
