Planning and organizing Royal Love event activities in support of the overall mission and goals
Manage event logistics such as facilities, tickets, audience management activities, concessionaires, caterers, and vendors, and facilitation of communication and services with speakers and facility maintenance staff; provides technical support for activities
Manage event analysis via research, feedback, and client communication
Pro-actively debrief with Executive Director and other staff project elements when completed
Provide constant, efficient communication between all parties, ensuring information regarding all projects are accurate
Previous experience as an event coordinator and/or with nonprofits preferred
Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to establish rapport and work as a team player
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to comprehend, recall, retrieve and communicate verbal and written instructions quickly, clearly, and accurately
Ability to work professionally under pressure and under tight deadlines
Ability to set priorities, anticipate and meet multiple deadlines, and balance concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions and ambiguity
Have an understanding of budgeting and financial management
Ability to work with minimal supervision
*Ability to attend Royal Love events. Must attend monthly meetings held in Los Angeles County
