The Human Growth Foundation (HGF) and Nicklaus Children's Hospital seek volunteers to help make our 13th Annual 5K Run & Walk for Kids' Growth a resounding success. You and/or your organization's involvement would be invaluable. The event will occur at Tropical Park in Miami on March 17, 2024, from 8 am to 12 pm.

You would contribute time and energy to various event tasks such as registration, route guides, stage assistants, water stations, and cheer squad.

By participating, you will receive letters of recommendation and community service hours. Plus, there will be food and giveaways at the event. Volunteers can receive up to 20 community service hours by:

1. participating as an event volunteer (5 community service hours, event-tee shirt)
2. forming a group of 10 or more to run/walk in the event (20 community service hours, medal of honor, and event tee-shirt)

The 5K Run & Walk for Kids' Growth raises awareness and funds for children with growth-related disorders who need care and treatment.

By lending support, your National Honor Society can significantly impact these children's and their families' lives. Your organization's involvement will help foster community spirit and demonstrate your commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
