CHECKPOINTS 1 through 3
Our Checkpoint Volunteers help set up, manage, and clean up our Walker Checkpoints along the route. Distribute snacks and beverages to our dedicated walkers. Help direct walkers to services such as restrooms and first aid. All ages are welcome! This volunteer position is great for families and groups.
AIDS Walk Shift: Sunday, May 17th from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Report directly to your assigned Checkpoint. Specific instructions and location assignments will be given at the orientation.
Mandatory Orientation: Saturday, May 16th from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. Meet in Central Park at the Naumberg Bandshell, northeast of Sheep Meadow.
