Notes from a past Program Administrator: "The position of Program Administrator is a multi-faceted one. Arts for Humanity! is a very small organization, so I found myself playing many different roles on a daily basis. This is the perfect position for someone who is passionate about both the arts & non-profits, as you will learn an incredible amount about both. As a recent college graduate, I am extremely grateful for my experience working with Arts for Humanity! primarily for the number of varied skills I was able to acquire in a relatively short time. Karsen, Creative/Executive Director, is an amazing person to work for - having the opportunity to help her turn her visions into reality has been such a pleasure!"
25-30 hours per week (flexible), from home and occasionally from Arts for Humanity!'s Westside Santa Barbara home office. Beginning as a volunteer position, and quickly transition into a paid role.
