Restoring HOPE to the Homeless

Hope Beyond Bridges partners with Trinity Lutheran Church the fourth Saturday of each month and the fourth 5th Saturday of the year (December 29, 2018). We meet at the Family Life Center at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 5201 Spring Cypress, Spring, TX 77379.

Please arrive no later than 9:00 AM for Cooking and 10:30 AM for Serving.

Cooking is generally 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Serving is generally 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM

NO SANDALS, FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN TOED SHOESif signed up to SERVE. Please wear sneakers.

Our mission: Restore HOPE to the homeless by providing for their spiritual, emotional and physical needs because a bridge is NOT a home.

Description

Ministry Outreach
Currently, we serve each Saturday along several freeways in Houston around 610 loop and extend out into the suburbs. If you think about any time a road goes under a freeway, it is a potential stop for Hope Beyond Bridges. We provide a hot, nutritious meal, drink and hygiene kit to everyone we encounter. They are given an opportunity to share with us prayer requests and needs request like clothes, shoes, blankets or bug spray. If any of those items are available from donations in our storage locker, we will deliver to the them hopefully the next Saturday.
