Humankind Alliance is dedicated to mentoring and rising up talented young adults, providing them with opportunities to grow personally and professionally as a part of our team. Alexa Davidson is our Executive Director Intern. She is passionate and intelligent and is actively working towards becoming the Executive Director of the organization. Alexa is currently attending USF to obtain a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration and has experience in nonprofits through her past jobs in direct service work. HA is seeking an experienced Executive Director who is interested in contributing to our organization by providing Alexa with mentorship. The Executive Director mentor will ideally be available to work 2-3 days per week in our office and alongside Alexa, not only contributing to her development but to the development of the organization as a whole. Humankind Alliance is growing at a lightning pace and we excited about how our team is progressing. The Executive Director Mentor will play a key role in helping Humankind Alliance to accomplish its mission by rising up and educating our leadership.

Who We Are:
Humankind Alliance (HA) addresses major issues that affects our nation; the disintegration of trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve. We tackle these issues through cutting-edge training modalities that educate and inspire. HA's solutions-based approach gets to the heart of the issues and creates swift and effective change. HA's THRIVE/RENEW Initiative provides law enforcement across the country modernized/standardized trainings regardless of size, budget, and expertise of agencies. The outcome is cutting-edge, comprehensive trainings that are easily disseminated and implemented to every law enforcement agency in the country. THRIVE addresses critical challenges including adept communication, tactical, navigating public mental health, and more. Influential community members integrate into THRIVE trainings, creating mutual understanding, humanizing law enforcement, and empowering transparency capable of collapsing walls previously formed. RENEW provides comprehensive educational programs for communities creating awareness into How and Why men and women behind the badge operate, empowering civilians to work together with them to forge a peaceful and safer country. RENEW embraces social media by implementing a forum for immediate feedback from civilians directly to law enforcement and vice-versa. This open forum fosters collaboration, increases transparency and helps to recognize challenges and navigate solutions in real time.
