We are organizing a Spring Fair, which also includes a Raffle and Silent Auction. There will be activities for children (such as face-painting, bouncy houses, and other games), food being sold, and there will be a raffle and silent auction. Volunteers could help with children's activities, selling food, or other duties.

Mission Statement
The Friends of the Morse School is dedicated to supporting the educational experience of students, fostering community, and celebrating the diversity of the school. Purpose: The purpose of The Friends of the Morse School is to focus our energies on positive ways to strengthen the Morse community and support the activities at the school. We expect to accomplish this by: Supporting the teachers; Supplementing classroom activities; Planning community events; Complementing the School Improvement Council and its activities; Facilitating family communications; Fostering relationships with neighbors and businesses.
Description
Morse Elementary School is a JK-5 public elementary school in Cambridge, MA, that educates almost 400 children from all over the city. The Friends of the Morse School engages in fundraising to support the educational experience of students and activities to foster community at Morse. We sponsor a number of festivals at the school, including the International Festival, and Math and Literacy Carnival, hold monthly movie nights for the community, support parent and student workshops, and help classrooms and staff purchase additional educational materials for the students, among many other activities.
