ORGANIZATION: Humane Society of Greater Dayton

Canine Crew Leaders will be trained to handle all dogs at the Humane Society. They will be able to work with dogs in a training program and will be able to train and assess new volunteers. All training will be provided.


Must be at least 18
Must be able to serve at least 4 hours a month
Must be able to control very large/powerful dogs that jump and pull
Must be able to to train and retain information
Must be able to bend, squat, walk and stand
Must be able to cope with a very loud environment
Problem Solving skills
Working independently
