The sun is out! The birds are chirping! It's spring time which means we're getting closer to summer time.
Help us provide fun playtime supplies for the kids and families we serve this summer. Things we are looking to share with families this summer include:
- sidewalk chalk
- bubbles
- baseballs, footballs, soccer balls, kick balls, basketballs, etc.
- baseball mitts, girls & boys
- ball pumps
- tennis shoes, sandals of all youth sizes (new or very gently used)
- t ball stands, bats & wiffle balls
- hula hoops
- sand castle toys and buckets
- bean bags
- whatever else you'd think kids would like to play with this summer!
Things we will not take include, but are not limited to: plastic baby pools, baby bath tubs, nerf guns or water guns, slip n' slides or other water related toys.

FamilyWise is a local nonprofit that helps our community’s most vulnerable children and families. Many of these families come to us with a history of poverty, domestic violence and homelessness. Your volunteering and financial support helps break this cycle of despair and gives them hope for a better future.
Our goal is to promote social change by strengthening families and the community through programs that:
- Educate parents on skills needed to lead stable lives and provide safe homes for their children.
- Empower families to achieve self-sufficiency and to advocate for themselves and their children.
- Enrich the lives of children, youth and families, enabling them to lead healthy, productive family lifestyles.
