ORGANIZATION: 21ST CENTURY STEM FOUNDATION INC

Looking for a passionate grant writer candidate that can partner with 21st Century STEM Foundation on fund development.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate capital campaign and maintain donor database * Research foundation databases and Internet to identify potential funders. * Draft and send correspondence (appeal letters, marketing material, donor recognition) * Identify fund-raising opportunities, maintain due dates, document progress and initiate final reports. * Will develop relationships with staff of grant-making organizations and gather necessary information for funding applications. * Will solicit businesses and community organizations for sponsorships and other special event support.

21st Century STEM Foundation is a community-based organization focused on college and career readiness skills for underrepresented youth in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Our signature programs TechedUP(r), Geo-Sci(r) and Cyber21(r) provide a gateway for minority youth to explore college majors and future careers. Within our programs, students get project-based learning and real world experience.
