The volunteer for this position would be responsible for answering the phones and connecting the calls to appropriate department, patient room or doctor's office. The volunteer would greet those visitors as they entered the hospital, as well as say goodbye to them as they exited. The volunteer would provide wonderful customer service, answer questions or concerns if able and escort the visitor/family member to their destination. This position is an Ambassador for the hospital.
