Ever been to AFRICA?
Seeking Foodies, Farmers, Chefs, Travelers, Film Makers & Photographers.
FOODIES WITHOUT BORDERS, INC 501(C) is seeking interested volunteers to join our organization for our trip to Kenya on July 01 to July 15.
We would love to connect with individuals who are passionate about food, farming, sustainability and youth programs. Each year we host a 10 day pop up cooking school that is taught by our volunteer professional chefs and this year we have included a local permaculture "guru" to teach the young students 18-25 years old.
We are seeking volunteers who are able to immerse themselves in the day to day operation during the pop up in Kenya and are available to travel for 15 days. There is a great opportunity to experience wild nature, safari, culture, native cuisines, trendy international food scene in Nairobi and also learn more about the intergration of sustainability and food security in Africa.
The trip is $1050 per person
included: Accomodation, meals, bottled water, land transportation, 24 hour tour guide, train tickets, Wi-Fi (wherever available)
not included:
Flight tickets, visas, travel insurance, travel shots, medications, personal expenses
Please contact us for more info and detailed itinerary. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks.
