Volunteers needed to help with set up and operations for the 21st Annual St. Charles Fine Art Show, held on Saturday, May 25 and Sunday May 26 with set-up taking place on Friday, May 24. There are 3 and 4 hour shifts available all 3 days. Here are a few areas where we need your support:
Artist Liaison/Booth Sitter: You may relieve the artist and man their booth if they need to take a break, restock supplies or get lunch
Information Tent: You will answer questions, give directions, inform visitors of our purchase award program, provide details on trolley tours, the chalk fest and dining options around St. Charles
Runner: You may deliver water to artists or stations, bring extra brochures and programs to information tents, and help keep coolers stocked with ice during show. After show closes, you may pick up disposable trash cans around site, help take down entrance signage, deliver un-used items to storage at municipal center and loading of equipment
