Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of services for older adults. Providence ElderPlace helps older adults remain as healthy and independent as possible in the community for as long as possible.

In Home Friendly Visitors: The ElderPlace In HomeFriendly Visitors program provides one-on-one support to our participants within their living environment outside of the ElderPlace facilities. ElderPlace participants live throughout King County. this opportunity is in the Queen Anne Neighborhood.

Many of our participants benefit greatly from one-on-one interactions; so having the in home friendly visitor program is very beneficial for them.

A Mandarin speaker is needed. Other support for this woman might include:

1. Walking together outside
2. Animal visits

Description

Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. Our model of care is known as PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly).Participants attend the Providence ElderPlace Center on a regular basis, and transportation is provided. The ElderPlace team of health care and social service professionals and our affiliates provide comprehensive integrated care to our participants.
