Become a Teen MVP at Children's Museum of Atlanta this summer!
Teen MVPs work with Museum professionals and other volunteers to help the Museum fulfill its mission. Each day, Teen MVPs help lead classes, get a chance to play with kids on the exhibit floor, learn how to develop curriculum for informal learning, and help with a variety of other roles within the building. Each participant will receive mentorship from our Museum team and will be encourage to create his or her own program material or project by the end of the summer.
Requirements:
- Program for 14 year olds through rising-12th grade students.
- Must complete a minimum of 60 hours between June 1 and September 1
- Desire to work with children, aged 0-8
- Assist with and facilitate Museum programs, including Art Studio, Build It Lab, Science Bar, and more.
- Assist in the upkeep of the Museum floor and exhibits
- Provide assistance and information to guests

Children’s Museum of Atlanta has a rich history, beginning in 1988 as a virtual "Museum Without Walls", providing innovative programming to schools and non-profits. CMA receives 230,000 guests annually and has welcomed over 2.5 million visitors to date.
Children’s Museum of Atlanta is the only educational venue of its kind in Atlanta, presenting educational programs and exhibits designed for young children ages 0-8.
