Amani Festival is holding its 19th event on Cinco De Mayo (May 5th)!

Amani needs some volunteers that can help with set up in the morning (between 6:30am-9am) Set up includes unloading tables and chairs, and placing them at desired locations, helping vendors set up their booths, and checking them into the right location.

During the day assisting our coordinators in the Children's Alley & Pet Section. In the Children's Alley volunteers will assist with reading to children ages 4-15, helping with arts & crafts activity and other general help that may be needed. This will include shifts: 1st shift 9:00am to 12pm, 2nd shift 12pm to 2pm, third 2pm to 5pm.

Our Pet Section needs volunteers to help set up and assist coordinator in helping vendors take breaks, encourage walking traffic to come check out the Pet Section, and show a positive attitude. 1st Shift starts from 7:30am to 10am. 2nd shift 10am to 1pm, 3rd shift 1pm to 4pm.


Amani also needs volunteers to help clean up during the festival to maintain a clean and safe appearance throughout the day and clean up/tear down at the end of the festival. This includes picking up trash, assisting vendors, folding tables and chairs. 1st shift 11am to 2pm, 2nd shift 2pm to 5pm 3rd shift 4pm to 7pm


All volunteers will receive a special package as a thank you that consists of limited edition Amani T-Shirt, a keychain or lanyard, and a voucher for food and drinks to be used at the festival! :)
