Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is a charity partner for the Cellcom Marathon 2018-2020. The charity partners benefit financially from the net proceeds of the Cellcom Marathon, as well as from the pledge revenue they earn by using the marathon as a platform for their causes.
- Stand on assigned corners of the half marathon route and work as a crossing guard, stopping traffic to allow runners to run through
- Busy streets are manned by police officers
- You must wear a yellow vest, provided by marathon staff
- Shifts range in times from 7:45am-9am to 8:30am-11am (depending on the location on the race course)
- Volunteer orientation (where you will get your free t shirt) is on May 16, 5-:30-5:45pm at the Green Bay Distillery
- Volunteer appreciation party is on May 22, 5:30-7:30pm at the Green Bay Distillery

Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with God and people everywhere, from all walks of life. The official purposes of Habitat for Humanity are to partner with specific programs in habitat development globally, by constructing modest but adequate housing, and to associate with other organizations functioning with purposes consistent with those of Habitat, as stated in the Articles of Incorporation, to witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world...
1. By working in cooperation with God's people in need to create a better habitat in which to live and work.
2. By working in cooperation with other agencies and groups which have a kindred purpose.
3. By exemplifying the Gospel of Jesus Christ through loving acts and the spoken and written word.
4. By enabling and expanding the number of persons from all walks of life to participate in this ministry.
