Each year, thousands of people across the country join the Bike MS volunteer team. Volunteers make Bike MS happen, and are the foundation of why Bike MS is the largest cycling fundraising event in the country.
This year we need your help to make this event great by volunteering your time providing our participants with first aid.
First Aid Volunteers consists of personnel who can administer first-aid to event participants. EMT, EMS, RN, etc. are preferred but anyone who has a certificate in first-aid and/or CPR can volunteer.
Our main Festival Site is at Sonoma Mountain Village in Rohnert Park. We also have a start line at the Brisbane Marina in San Francisco with several Rest Stop locations in between with a need of Medical/first aid volunteers at each location.

Mission Statement
The mission of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is to end the devastating effects of MS.
Description
Founded in 1946, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports more MS research, offers more services for people with MS, provides more professional education programs, and furthers more MS advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world.
We do this through the extensive research we support to find the cause, cure and improved treatments of the disease; the comprehensive services we provide to people with MS and their families; the professional education programs we offer to assist health care providers better serve their MS patients; and through our advocacy efforts on state and federal levels to encourage public policies supportive of the needs of people with multiple sclerosis. This is why we at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society are here.
Volunteers are vital to the work of the National MS Society. We welcome volunteers with a wide range of talents and skills. There is only one requirement: to want to do something about MS NOW. Your valuable skills and fresh perspectives will make the Society a stronger and better organization. There are so many ways to contribute, whether through advocacy, programs, fund-raising or special projects. We can always use your help.
