ORGANIZATION: Valleywise Health Foundation

Our mission is to raise funds for key Valleywise Health programs, educational resources, research, programming, and critical patient services. When you invest in Valleywise Health through the Valleywise Health Foundation, you’re partnering in our mission to create healthier, happier communities across the Valley.

We are looking for an outgoing individual with a dynamic and positive personality to complement our Operations Team. You will assist with general office duties; must be familiar with general office operations, have basic data entry skills, the ability to multi-task and value accountability. Excellence and confidentiality are a must.

• Data entry and research
• Answering phones and routing calls to the appropriate party
• Preparing mailings
• Greeting guests
• Filing, scanning
• Light organizing

The ideal person:

• Kind and compassionate,
• Computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools
