Volunteer

Join us at our track practices for some fun running with individuals who need one-on-one support. Buddies are so important to help them have a successful, enjoyable , and confidence building experience. Our runners range in ability from walkers to fast runners, ages 7-25, and most are on the autism spectrum. You will run/walk with individuals; help them with drills and exercises; help keep them focused and give them clear instruction throughout the practice.

Practices are weekly, schedule can be found on our website.
Sundays - 10:45-11:45am

Runners, walkers, high school students, college students, adults, all make great volunteers! You do not need to be a runner, but fit enough to manage a few laps around the track at a time. Experience with people with autism/developmental disorders is a plus, but also not necessary. Join the team for some exercise and rewarding fun!
