As Regional Director of Outreach, you will be in charge of several tasks that include but are NOT limited to:
Immediate Responsibilities Include:
- Attending 2 Virtual Training Sessions
- Reaching out to companies in your area to agree to join our non-profit's cause
- Reporting to Outreach Lead for weekly check-ins along with monthly meetings
- Creating excel spreadsheets managing the reach out data
Long Term Responsibilities Include: (if proven to be a good worker)
- Managing Outreach Agents and reporting to National Outreach Director with Regional Work Product
- Recruiting Outreach Agents
- Leading Weekly Team Meetings with Agents to talk about new outreach ideas

Jobscopia connects students with professionals from a wide variety of interesting and exciting industries. Through shadowing, students gain the invaluable opportunity to experience a day in the life of their dream job. Expand your scope of possible careers with Jobscopia.
Jobscopia is an easy way for students to be exposed to the variety of jobs available in the current workforce, through one-on-one job shadowing experiences. We aim to expand the limited scope that the younger generation is exposed to regarding careers. Jobscopia would also like to facilitate interaction and connection between students and professionals through this online platform.
In the future, we are hoping to incorporate a social media aspect in which we will offer personal insights about different careers from real life professionals. Because of our unique team, we personally work with clients so that students get the best experiences. With each job shadow, each student and professional we connect, we hope to learn from and adapt to customer needs.
