The Marketing & Communications Department of Jamboree is responsible for branding, electronic and social media advertising. They work closely with outside consultants for marketing & media coverage, collateral materials and service providers. The department is also in charge of coordinating external events such as grand openings and ground breakings.

Intern Duties

• Writing social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, etc
• Collecting, updating and printing infographics, photos, reports & flyers
• Organizing and distributing marketing supplies and gifts
• Updating Jamboree contact lists
• Assist with preparations for community events
• Track Jamboree media alerts
• Distributing LEED collateral at various communities

Time Commitment: Minimum 4 hours a day, 2 times a week

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Problem-solving ability and dependability
• Drive to make a positive impact in our community
• Preferred experience in Video/Film editing and production
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete a background check
