Share A Fare is seeking a qualified CPA to complete an audit of our finances. An audit will demonstrate financial transparency to funding foundations, so that we can continue to grow our programs for the blind and visually impaired. An audit will allow us to be eligible for increased funding opportunities. We are looking to increase our reputation of integrity, transparency, and professionalism by having a regular independent audit conducted and making it available to stakeholders. Please advise if you are the volunteer we are looking for to complete this task. Thank you for your consideration of our request.

"Share A Fare provides transportation for the blind and visually impaired citizens in the Greater Omaha area by promoting a Cab Subsidy Program through fund raising to enhance independent travel and effective participation in society."
Description
Share A Fare programs were developed to meet the needs of legally blind and visually impaired citizens of the greater Omaha Metropolitan Area. Men, women, and children use Share A Fare. Our services are available to individuals who are not only legally blind, but whose vision impairments is such that they are unable to drive. Currently, Share A Fare offers two program options to participants: A Cab Subsidy Program and an Uber/Lyft Program.
