ORGANIZATION: PROJECT INSPIRE

  • 1 person is interested

As children, we should experience life through a lens of unlimited possibilities, and unfortunately too many of our nation's inner-city high school youth are losing their sense of possibility. Project Inspire, a 501(c)(3) organization based in Washington, D.C., refuses to see any of our youth fail, especially those lacking access to quality opportunities for college and career preparation.

As we expand, we want to make sure that our policies, procedures, and approach to our team is conducive to ensuring we are successful in our work and build a culture of compliance and accountability. We are looking for a Labor Law Lawyer to review our Personnel Handbook for accuracy and to ensure that we're in legal compliance.

*Excellent candidates will have:

-A law degree

-Experience in reviewing nonprofit documents

-Knowledge of employee and labor law

-The ability to adhere to an agreed upon timeline

-Interpersonal skills

-Commitment to accomplishing tasks with integrity, quality, and by deadline.
