Learning Lions has been training young and bright African minds in the fields of graphic design, webdevelopment and animation for the past few years. In order to apply their learning and start earning income with it, our students are making their first steps on the international markets for digital services.

In order to get some practice in how to handle client orders in a professional manner, we are relying on the help of remote volunteers who are acting as test customers to our students by placing practice orders and providing feedback afterwards. The students themselves think that they are dealing with real clients so they are highly motivated to deliver good quality, but they don't face the risk of severly damaging their (and our) reputation if their first products would not be as perfect as demanded by the clients.

Even though acting as a practice customer often only takes less than an hour, it is of great help to our students on their way out into the global digital markets and thus out of poverty!
