StudioYU Inc., an international sustainable arts start-up based in Princeton, NJ, and Santa Barbara, CA, is offering a limited amount of internships and volunteer opportunities in social media management. We are developing and trying to grow our social media presence, so this is a great time to take ownership for various projects involving growing and cultivating a user base/following on a variety of digital platforms for self-starters looking to build their experience and portfolio. Other opportunities and overlapping duties may involve: Website design:

  • Be the messenger as StudioYU evolves with increased content that showcases creative ways that action is being taken to advance the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations.
  • Develop StudioYU's web presence as needed.
Marketing
  • Create and launch marketing campaigns as well as photography and mini video productions.
  • Work with partnering organizations to introduce creative ways to advocate for sustainable initiatives, social responsibility, and cultural diversity through art.
Programs
  • Plan and coordinate art events on behalf of the organization.
  • Coordinate advertising, publicity, and mailing list for each event.
This is an opportunity to gain work experience growing a startup while taking ownership of various projects and see them come to fruition. Tech/design background desired, but not necessary.
