College Potatoes Inc is looking for a Director of Marketing to drive lead generation and digital strategy while building a marketing department from the ground-up, while also optimizing relationships with agencies, executing email campaigns, and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Control marketing automation to optimize sales & customer experience for development of pipeline
* Creation and development of marketing department * Create detailed plans for venues, vendors, staffing, & budgets
* Lead team in assessing clients' needs, creating a plan through MA, and implementation
* Aware of all new technologies and vendor relationships to enhance campaign performance

Requirements * 5-10 Years of experience with nonprofit marketing * Technical/Strategical function of Marketing Automation * Digital marketing expertise
* Previous experience of team management
* Segmentation of audiences & optimization of campaigns
* Lead/generation demand generation experience
* Capability to analyze data and report ROI analytics
